CHRIS VAUGHAN, PH.D.
Before co-founding Sequence, Chris spent over a decade helping some of the world’s leading companies tackle big challenges and find new ways to grow. Specializing in strategy, technology, and marketing, he worked with organizations like Microsoft, Novell, and American Airlines to drive innovation and deliver real results. Chris’s experience spans a wide range of industries and regions, giving him a unique perspective on solving complex problems. It’s this hands-on, practical approach that now shapes the way he helps associations grow and thrive at Sequence Consulting.

LISA VAUGHAN
Lisa has spent her career working with CEOs and Boards to help organizations grow and evolve. She’s led efforts in strategy, corporate development, and organizational transformation, always focusing on practical results. Along the way, she’s been deeply involved in more than forty mergers and acquisitions, helping businesses navigate change and find new opportunities. One of Lisa’s proudest achievements was helping a mid-sized private company grow into a publicly traded firm with 10,000 employees across thirty countries. Her ability to guide complex projects and make meaningful change has been a hallmark of her work, and she brings that same dedication to every client.

Her experience in sports marketing and licensing, paired with degrees from Arizona State and Bowling Green State University, gives her valuable perspective in supporting mission-driven organizations. Based in Colorado Springs, Abbey is committed to fostering alignment among stakeholders and driving strategies that help associations grow and succeed.

Emma Snyder
Consultant

With a background in higher education development and donor relations, along with a degree from Loyola University Maryland, Emma brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to every project. Based in New York City, she is dedicated to empowering associations to grow and thrive.

Consultant
